My Account/Member Upgrade

Member Upgrade.

Look up a member, then choose the level to upgrade to on the checkout page and make up the upgrade difference with a product order. Search the member ID, add products to the member's cart, and check out through the member's own cart.

Member information

Enter the member's ID (NG/AE + 8 digits) to look up their profile. The product list below appears once the member is found.

Upgrade products

Tap a product to add it to the member's cart. On checkout you'll pick the level to upgrade to and the products' total BV must cover that upgrade difference. Prices shown are DP (distributor price) with BV, and the retail reference RP.

Ready to check out? Tap the cart button in the bottom-right corner to pick the upgrade level and place the order.
